Return and exchange

You are welcome to refund or exchange (excluding the shipping cost) if you change your mind or purchase the wrong size, subject to the following size conditions:

• The item must be received by Chalkapella Australia within 30 days of the date of delivery.
•  The product cannot be worn, washed and altered, and must in its original package with all the tags attached.
• Proof of the purchase must accompany with the item.
• The product must be still re-sellable.

Refund:

Refunds can only be processed to the payment method used at time of purchase and will take 1–3 business days.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

BY POST

All the products must be carefully packed with a purchase proof.

Please allow 7 business days from the date your parcel is received by us for your return to be processed and replacement items dispatched. You will receive email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] . We will provide an exchange or refund on any item exhibiting a manufacturing fault subject to assessment and proof of purchase.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If you believe you have received a product that differs from what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] . We will arrange for the item to be returned and send the correct the one.
